Sharon Roseman is a life long resident of Alexander County. She attended Appalachian State University and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Sharon is a former educator.
Licensed in NC real estate since 2001 she brings experience, and has a passion to help everyone find their dream property. From educating the agents in her office to assisting first time home buyers Sharon is knowledgeable in all things real estate. In addition to her expertise in residential land sales, Sharon is a REALTREE Land Pro and specializes in large land tracts, commercial and hobby farms as well as commercial real estate.
She loves being a buyer’s agent and enjoys the hunt for the perfect lifestyle property. With attention to detail and a heart for people, her clients praise her for her loyalty, confidentiality and determination. As a former school teacher in Alexander and surrounding areas she knows the schools, the back roads and has connections from internet installation in rural areas to where to by grass seed!
Sharon enjoys farm life and is very involved with her family farm. Sharon and her husband Eric have three children. They began their family farm in 2007 as a way to spend time with their children and teach them the value of hard work and the pleasures of country life. Twisted Rose Farms has now grown to include cattle production, pasture raised beef and commercial poultry/layers. Their children now manage the family farming operations. Sharon spends her spare time remodeling and staging homes, gardening, freeze drying foods (oh how she loves her freeze dryer!) and enjoying the backwoods life.
